Station load

What each station asks of you

Division

Some stations drain your legs, some drain your grip, and some punish a bad pace more than a bad supplement choice. Use the list to plan what you practice before race day.

01SkiErg1,000 mno load
steady effort

You meet this while fresh, which makes it easy to overdo. Use the legs and lats, and leave something for the runs.

Fuel demand
02Sled Push152 kg50 m
hard effort

The heaviest station and a huge leg hit. Pace the lengths, because the next run arrives quickly.

Fuel demand
03Sled Pull103 kg50 m
hard effort

Hand-over-hand rope work. Stay organised, or your grip and back will still be paying for it at the carry.

Fuel demand
04Burpee Broad Jump80 mno load
hard effort

No load, but very breathy. Stay low and smooth so your back and lungs do not spike too early.

Fuel demand
05Rowing1,000 mno load
steady effort

A mid-race chance to settle after burpees. A sustainable split protects the back half.

Fuel demand
06Farmers Carry2x24 kg200 m
steady effort

Grip and core endurance. If your grip holds, you can keep moving and save real seconds.

Fuel demand
07Sandbag Lunges20 kg100 m
hard effort

Your back knee has to touch each rep. It is deep in the race, and your quads will know it.

Fuel demand
08Wall Balls6 kg100 reps
hard effort

The final wall: legs, shoulders, and 100 reps. Break it early enough that you can keep moving.
